The price given here is based on the event taking place near our Devon or Bristol base. Actual total could vary and there are certain elements that might not be essential at your wedding and indeed, you may require other items.

The booking process tends to be a phone or email chat about your event and initial thoughts and requirements followed by us replying with either quick simple thoughts or a more detailed quote or two. Your estimate or quote is sent via an online system and has extra details such as floor plans and photographs as well as full terms and conditions of hire.
We tend to send a few ideas which can then be refined as we go along. So many choices!
We fully understand it takes a while to make decisions.
Event, party and wedding planning can be a minefield but a wonderful art and full of opportunity and fun!
There are so many factors that have to come together and that is why it can be beneficial to use a wedding or party planner. Having said that, it's not impossible to manage and we guide you on the path too, acting as psudo wedding planners too!
Quite honestly; when we install your marquee and equipment we set the scene for you, other suppliers and your guests, hence we must ensure that it will all work for you!
Often the booking is made in principle as its a very good idea to pencil the date an equipment as soon as possible.
You need to ensure you and your family and most important guests are available, that you have a legal wedding opportunity and if its a marquee wedding breakfast in order, you will require a suitable location and most likely a choice of caterers.
The location should be as flat as possible, usually able to handle stakes in the ground, have few obstructions and good access.
Think about you and your guests arriving there too and possibly leaving in the dark!
Also remember the view, the landscape, the nearby amenities and so on!

We totally want your creativity too as that’s what makes it your event.
Ignore the budget for a while but eventually try and keep to one!
We like to suggest that clients sketch their vision from the inside of the tent to the whole area, trying to include as many thoughts and factors as possible.
Everything does not have to be arranged immediately!
As we go along with the booking process, we will refine the requirements, meet with you and yours preferably on location but if not, around the kitchen table!
To confirm a booking, there are online buttons you can press on the eventual agreed quote or you can let us know.
We will invoice you for a deposit payment. (This is held in a separate account for safety).
Final payments are usually due before the event and when you are totally happy!
Frankly, this is only a glimpse into the process and we are very flexible and helpful as can be!
